New rules for office conversion projects to boost space under Prop. M to S.F.'s highest level in a decade
Under Prop. C, passed this spring to encourage office-to-residential conversions, San Francisco will add more than 2.5 million square feet of office space into its Prop. M pool for the coming allocation year, which begins Oct. 17.
