New owner of rue21 assets begins reopening stores, including in Pittsburgh area
After the possessions of the company’s Warrendale headquarters were up for auction recently, the new Toronto-based ownership of the brand and intellectual property lists local store at Monroeville Mall as reopened and a location at the Mall at Robinson to reopen soon.
