New Ensley development firm eyeing restaurant for neighborhood
A city block in Ensley has been purchased by a newly formed local development company, and the team behind it is working with Birmingham leaders to potentially bring a restaurant and more to the neighborhood’s downtown.
Parker & Associates Investment Co. Inc. closed on a deal June 18 to purchase 2109 Avenue E Ensley, 2118 Avenue E Ensley and 2112 Avenue E Ensley, according to Jefferson County public documents. The documents show the company purchased the property for $150,000 from Clyde Lamp.
