NAIOP teams with URA on new pandemic-inspired guide for commercial property owners and tenants
NAIOP Pittsburgh and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh are working together to try and head off the potential conflicts to come from a global pandemic that has shut down much of the economy for nearly two months now.
The new guide, called “Covid-19 Response” and available on online, outlines various strategies property owners and tenants can use to avoid legal disputes in a current business climate in which neither companies nor their landlords may be generating revenue right now.
