MW Group to break ground on 6th Oahu senior living facility
MW Group’s The Plaza Assisted Living plans to break ground in Kaneohe this week on its sixth senior living community, a four-story building on land owned by Kamehameha Schools behind Windward Mall.
The project will have a total of 117 units for up to 145 residents in independent living, assisted living, short-term respite stays and memory care programs.
