Mixed-use community with multimillion-dollar homes near Conroe clears first hurdle
“All of our developments are exciting right now because of the growth we’re experiencing in Conroe,” said Nancy Mikeska, director of community development for the city of Conroe. “This one is a little bit different because it is an exclusive subdivision and it will be out on the lake.”
