Mesa gives green light to 1.5 million-square-foot industrial project
Industrial is one of the hottest sectors in real estate right now, and the projects slated for construction aren’t limited to the West Valley. A 1.5 million-square-foot industrial project proposed in Mesa has been approved by City Council.
