Memphis Hilton sold for $31 million
According to a warranty deed from the Shelby County Register of Deeds, the Memphis Hilton at Ridge Lake Boulevard was sold for $31 million on Jan. 3.
Atlanta-based Davidson Hotels & Resorts, doing business as RBD Memphis Holdings LLC, sold the hotel to Massachusetts-based Linchris Hotel Corp., doing business as LCBV Memphis Investment LLC.
More than 10 years ago, RBD purchased the hotel for $45 million from CHD Memphis LLC.
