Landing owners file to evict Mavericks Live from property

The owners of the Jacksonville Landing have filed court documents to evict Mavericks Live from its 21,000-square-foot spot at the property, accusing the the music venue of failing to pay $40,000 in rent.

The eviction lawsuit, filed in December, alleges that Mavericks Live owes at least $40,000 to Jacksonville Landing Investments, a company affiliated with Sleiman Enterprises.
