Kaiser sells big Oakland office tower to luxury apartment developer Behring Cos.
Kaiser confirmed the sale of 1950 Franklin in a statement to the Business Times and said it had been exploring options for potential uses of the building, which had been nearly unoccupied since the start of the pandemic.
