Judge orders new hearing for Crocker Village gas station

Seeing clear evidence of bias by a Sacramento city councilman before a previous vote, a judge ordered the city to grant a new hearing on whether to grant a permit for Paul Petrovich to build a gas station in his Crocker Village development.
