Homebuilder to open sales this fall for community in The Trails on Albuquerque's Westside
Catalonia at The Trails will have two different lot sizes available. D.R. Horton said the typical lots are expected to start in the mid‐$300,000 range while the larger estate lots are expected to be priced in the upper‐$400,000 range.
