Holualoa Companies, LaPour close on land deal for new Phoenix hotel
Holualoa Companies and LaPour Partners have finalized the purchase of a prime chunk of land in north Phoenix to develop a dual-branded Marriott-Westin hotel that will be part of the new CityNorth mixed-use project.
