Here’s what Northwestern Mutual is considering for the downtown University Club building
Northwestern Mutual is still formulating plans for its use of the University Club building in downtown Milwaukee but said it’s considering repurposing the historic property for uses including food service facilities, meeting and event spaces, guest rooms and a sky lounge.
