Hamburger Mary's in Bay View could be replaced with 144 apartments
New Land Enterprises is pursuing a $21 million development to bring 144 apartments and retail space to the former Hamburger Mary’s restaurant property on Kinnickinnic Avenue in Milwaukee’s Bay View neighborhood.
The Milwaukee developer on Tuesday submitted a zoning change application for the property at 2130 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. Its project would have up to 144 apartments, with 15,000 square feet of retail space, according to the application.
