Global firm won't take occupancy of Tempe office under construction at ASU Research Park
Viasat Inc., a global communications giant based in Carlsbad, California, that provides internet service, had big plans in 2022 expand its real estate footprint within the 300-acre Arizona State University Research Park. The company embarked on a three-phase expansion that started with a 135,000-square-foot building at the business park, which is now on the open market.
