Frederickson industrial park secures lease with Fortune 100 company
The 3 million-square-foot Frederickson ONE industrial park is filling fast. Three of the six buildings have been pre-leased in the industrial park, which is owned by Chicago-based Logistics Property Company (LPC) LLC.
Earlier this week, a long-term lease was signed for the development’s 862,000-square-foot Building 5. The 42-foot-clear structure is set to be complete in the first quarter of 2022.
