Former Goodwill building could be razed in Manhattan to fill 'historic void' with housing
T30 Capital, an affiliate of NYC-based investment firm Sugar Hill Capital Partners, plans to raze a former Goodwill building at 44 W. 8th St. and build housing on the site.
