First plans for Spring Mall remake unveiled as 500 apartments come up for Greenfield review
Almost 500 market-rate apartments are coming up for review next week in Greenfield as Mandel Group Inc. releases its first concept plans for the Spring Mall redevelopment, and a new plan emerges for land lining the interstate.
