First look: Inside Ten-X's offices in San Mateo's Bay Meadows development
Online real estate auction company Ten-X has settled into its new offices in San Mateo’s under-construction Bay Meadows development, space where it subleases 34,000-square-feet from SurveyMonkey.
Ten-X, which expanded into the space about a year ago, gave the Silicon Valley Business Journal a tour of the offices, where roughly 200 employees work.
The decision to expand on the Peninsula had a lot to do with Bay Meadows’ central locations, said Ten-X Chief Marketing Officer Rick Sharga.
