Exclusive: Chinese developer to start studying 10.5 million-square-foot project for old Yahoo site
Santa Clara city officials are grappling with a new proposal for the onetime Yahoo campus property where a developer is studying the impacts of bringing up to 10.5 million square feet of development — including 6,000 residential units. At lease one office tower could reach as high as 50 stories.
