Exclusive: Central Eastside skyline to take shape with 10-story creative office building
Another 70,000 square feet of creative office space may be on the way to one of the city’s rising-star districts.
Harsch Investment Properties, Jordan Schnitzer’s real estate investment and management company, has conjured up a 10-story building at a property it’s calling 7 Southeast Stark in the Central Eastside Industrial District. The property, which is currently a vacant lot, is bounded by I-5 to the west, Southeast Oak to the north, Southeast First to the east and Southeast Stark to the south.
