Evers appoints Town Bank executive Joaquin Altoro to lead WHEDA
Joaquin Altoro, vice president of commercial banking for Town Bank of Delafield, has been appointed by Gov. Tony Evers to become executive director of the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA).
Altoro will take over from Wyman Winston, who was appointed to the post by former Gov. Scott Walker in late 2010.
