EPE's Weinshanker: Graceland incentive delays costing Memphis jobs

Since March, the Memphis City Council has postponed a measure that could make additional incentives for Graceland possible. Now, the head of Elvis Presley Enterprises (EPE) is saying the delay is costing Memphis jobs.
