Emeryville office building is latest in East Bay reset: 'Looking to invest a lot more'
San Francisco-based Blox Ventures bought the loan secured by 6001 Shellmound Street — an eight-story, 109,333-square-foot office building — last week, the company announced Monday. The transaction positions the company to acquire the office property itself via a deed in lieu of foreclosure, or initiating the foreclosure process.
