Edens shares plans for future of Park Terrace movie theater
The Park Terrace movie theater is about to screen its last flicks, to the dismay of many.
But the owner of Park Road Shopping Center is pursuing a new entertainment option for that 20,000-plus-square-foot building, says Lyle Darnall, managing partner for Columbia, S.C.-based Edens.
Negotiations are ongoing with a potential tenant and should be finalized soon.
Darnall adds that the building will not be torn down — nor will it be sold.
