Development details revealed for 800-acre Briggs Ranch project
Last week, Johnson Development announced it secured 800 acres at Briggs Ranch, a master-planned community on San Antonio’s coveted Far West Side. The developer is partnering with Heartwood Development Group, its San Antonio partner to develop the property for more than 2,000 homes. The developer commented on the future of commercial developments on the property, and how development will be phased.
