Developers break ground on luxury Parkside apartment community
Work has started on a luxury apartment community on First Avenue South in Parkside.
Novare Group, Prestwick Companies, Batson-Cook Development Co. and Birmingham-based Doster Construction Co. broke ground on Foundry Yards on May 21.
