Developer Borror expands in-house construction division
As Borror continues to grow its development projects, the company is expanding its in-house construction division.
Tom Garske has been named president of Borror Construction Co., a new position, and Matt Devereaux and Jeff Rankey have been named senior vice presidents for the company.
The three used to work for Whiting Turner Contracting Co. and have 30 years of commercial contracting business among them. Garske was the local market director for the Baltimore-based construction company.
