Developer aims to build retail center off Lancaster Road in southern Dallas
A Dallas-based firm hopes to construct a retail center at the northwest corner of South Lancaster Road and Corning Avenue — a relatively small project but an example of a potential public-private partnership that could bring more economic activity to the city’s south side. “We want to pull that community together,” a Dallas City Council member says.
