Deals Day: Morgan Stanley snaps up newly completed DFW distribution hub
An affiliate of institutional investor Morgan Stanley has acquired a newly-completed North Texas distribution hub in southern Dallas County, with plans to market the facility to would-be tenants wanting in on the hot Dallas-Fort Worth distribution market.
