DBJ Offices: Tour a real estate firm's swanky space in the Denver Tech Center (Photos, video)
Real estate agency Keller Williams DTC has been in its space in the Denver Tech Center for 20 years.
Along the way, they’ve grown from occupying just 5,000 square feet to the 31,000 square feet they take up today. They also last year underwent major renovations, and the firm has grown to 514 agents with 140 working out of the DTC space at 6300 S. Syracuse Way full time.
Agents come to the space to work, collaborate, learn and throw parties — and Keller Williams has rooms to accommodate it all.
