Dargey tower reinstated as EB-5 project, lands $103M in permanent financing
Lobsang Dargey climbed both corporate and social ladders after arriving in the United States 24 years ago. The real estate empire he built collapsed after the former Buddhist monk was accused of fraud. Now the high-rise project has been stabilized, though immigrant investors still await their green cards.
