Crow Holdings Pays $7.1M for Arrowhead Mall Outparcel
Crow Holdings, a Texas-based private real estate investment firm, acquired the retail building at 7650 W. Bell Rd. in Glendale, AZ from Wadsworth Development Group for $7.1 million, or about $561 per square foot.
Built in 1996 and renovated in 2016, the Arrowhead Mall outparcel building is 100 percent leased to multiple tenants including LensCrafters, Cricket Wireless and Zoe’s – all under triple-net leases with five to 10 years remaining.
