Country Club Plaza appeals potential use of 1991 parking variance for Jack Henry Building
The Plaza owners contend that the city intends to deploy a parking variance for the redevelopment of the Jack Henry Building, saying it will cause spillover issues elsewhere in the shopping district. The city dismissed an appeal of potential use of the 1991 variance in December.
