Costco at Crossgates groundbreaking likely in 2025
The review and approval process for the Crossgates store was initially delayed by the Covid-19 pandemic and then multiple lawsuits challenging the plans because of the increased traffic, potential environmental impacts and other concerns. The plaintiffs lost each time.
