City has yet to hear back from Railway Exchange owner regarding sales offer
The owner of the Railway Exchange Building in downtown St. Louis hasn’t responded to the city’s offer letter to acquire the property, with an eminent domain petition likely to be filed next week, said St. Louis Development Corp. President and CEO Neal Richardson.
