Chevron's former campus poised for big residential transformation
Sunset Development Company submitted development plans for the redevelopment of Chevron’s former headquarters into a mixed-use Santana Row-esque housing hub within Bishop Ranch that will one day include more than 2,500 homes and 125,000 square feet of retail space, the company announced Monday.
