Chandler's District Downtown project moves ahead after commission approval
The District Downtown mixed-use project would be developed on nearly 45 acres the southwest corner of Pecos Road and Arizona Avenue, just to the north of Loop 202. Plans were approved back in 2022, but changes are being sought.
