CBRE strikes deal with Los Angeles company to bring EV charging to 10,000 properties
CBRE struck a preferred partner agreement with on-site charging infrastructure design, installation and operations company EV+. The companies will focus on properties they call critically underserved in charging stations: apartment complexes, hotels and health care facilities.
