CBRE strikes deal with California company to bring EV charging to 10K properties
The global commercial real estate firm struck a preferred partner agreement with on-site charging infrastructure design, installation and operations company EV+. The companies will focus on properties they call critically underserved in charging stations: apartment complexes, hotels and health care facilities.
