California investor buys Tempe apartments for $106M; plus other recent deals
Large apartment deals have been increasing in 2021. One California investor recently bought its third property in the Valley, all in Tempe. Another investor, also from the West Coast, bought its fifth and sixth apartment properties in the Valley.
