California-based Vertical Ventures purchases Northsight Corporate Center in Scottsdale
Phoenix-based CIM Group sold a building for $42.25 million to Vertical Ventures bought, taking a loss on the building sale after acquiring Northsight Corporate Center from Wentworth Property Co. and Crow Holdings in August 2019 for $51.5 million.
