BridgeStreet to manage new corporate residences at Town Place redevelopment
BridgeStreet Global Hospitality, which oversees apartments for extended stay corporate clients in 81 countries, announced that it has signed on to manage the new redevelopment of Kossman Development Co.’s Town Place project downtown.
Already well established in representing apartments downtown and elsewhere in the region, BridgeStreet will manage a former Town Place office building that will offer 62 furnished apartments in a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
