Bridge Industrial starts construction on a 150,000-square-foot project in Santa Fe Springs
Bridge Industrial is putting up another industrial facility in Santa Fe Springs, California.
The Chicago-based real estate firm said vertical construction has started on Bridge Point Santa Fe Springs IV after a complex environmental remediation and entitlement process.
