Breaking: Campbell Clinic approved for $3 million tax break, representing second use of G'town retention PILOT
Campbell Clinic was approved for a tax break worth about $3 million by the Germantown Industrial Development Board (IDB) Monday afternoon.
Campbell is set to develop a new $30 million, four-story facility on its existing campus, located near Wolf River Boulevard’s intersection with Germantown Parkway. With the expansion, the company will be retaining 280 jobs and adding 185 jobs over three years, according to its application for the tax break.
