Bosque Brewing Co. partners with local green company
The Bosque is getting greener – Bosque Brewing Co. that is.
The local brewery has partnered with Soilutions for food composting services. Albuquerque-based Soilutions, an organic recycling company, is no stranger to the restaurant industry with well-known clients including The Grove, Los Poblanos, Farm and Table and Humble Coffee Co. But this is its first official partnership with a brewery.
