Bidding expected to start at $56.28M for land surrounding TSMC in Phoenix
Plans for a massive technology park in north Phoenix surrounding the TSMC campus have been in the works for years. A New York developer with a longstanding presence in the Valley is taking the plans a step further with a potential land acquisition.
