Berkeley’s south side neighborhood was upzoned last year — a developer wants to go even bigger
A Berkeley architecture firm filed a preliminary application to build a 20-story apartment building at 2425 Durant Ave. with the help of a new state density bonus law. If built, it would be the tallest building in the city’s south side neighborhood by far.
