Berkeley recognized as ‘pro-housing’ by state, eligible for millions in grants
Berkeley is now one of 47 cities across the state that are eligible to apply for a slice of a $9.5 million state-wide grant — $3.8 million of which is earmarked for the Bay Area — called the Prohousing Incentive Program.
